Random OCD of the week

I couldn't think of anything to blog about to be honest, so what better than a short blog listing some of my very random OCD rituals i have felt i had to do this week...

Outside in the summerhouse with my 2 lovely Cockatoo's, one of them is very noisy quite alot my intrusive thought is that as soon as i leave the Summerhouse my left foot must touch the floor outside of the Summerhouse before he makes a noise...If i fail i either have to do what i call a neturalising ritual, or i can't do whatever hobbie i was thinking i want to do tonight it is all about OCD impacting my enjoyment most of the time.

In my car having just been for a drive somewhere, i have to get out of the car before the alarm makes a beeping noise to tell me it has been set, same as above if i don't i won't be able to do whatever hobbie i was wanting to do next, unless i am "able" to neturalise this ritual with another one

I having a conversation with someone and there is something i want to say, if i don't begin my sentence before they speak i am NOT allowed to say what i am about to say, very awkward during in a conversation can make for a few random quiet moments from me
