So i had a unfortunate falling out with a girl i talk to online, yes it was my fault i was in a very wound up mood due to my OCD and i was partly being "influenced" by my OCD to say things i shouldnt....This attitude does not apply offline but i guess online it feels like a barrier between the real world where it feels "normal"?

She blocked me most people would leave it at that unless its someone they love? not some OCD sufferers due to my other OCD issue of hyper responsibility and high morals i felt the need to apologise alot more than most people, i am sure some OCD sufferers can relate to this. However the reaction to this effort was not great and a typical Stigma attitude to a mental illness...This is on Facebook by the way

Not much i can do is there? Its very difficult personally when you have this behaviour you sometimes struggle to control and people are quick to pass it off as you being "creepy" or a "stalker" rather than taking the time to understand the whys of why some OCD sufferers and other sufferers of Mental illness do this and that we're actually normal and not at all stalkish or creepy people to know
