Them voices are back :-(

Ok so not literally voices, but due to a trigger it is one of them times where i am convinced that little OCD thought in my head has taken on the personality of a certain person

That it is them controlling what i do or don't do and not my OCD

OCD is much harder to handle in these situations as it all feels so much more real than when it is just a niggling annoying OCD voice controlling me, makes me think sometimes maybe it is not OCD something worse
