Coming out and finding help for OCD can be a massive task especially due to the issues regarding Mental Health and the NHS in some areas, so i have listed a few resources and ideas which helped me.
Lots of great support groups online for those who are finding it hard to reach out about there OCD to people they know personally i have listed a few of the best below

Goes without saying do reach out to friends and family that you feel you can trust.
See your GP there are plenty of modern doctors out there who are very clued up and understand OCD so it is always worth going to see your GP, on the off chance they are not so helpful remember you are entitled to a second opinion from other doctors.
Local support groups check out http://www.talkingspaceoxfordshire.org/
