The way my OCD can sometimes "communicate" with me has been of concern for me alot before i really understood what OCD was.

Sometimes my OCD takes on the form of a personality, not just a niggling voice in my head but of a specific person this makes OCD all the more harder to deal with because it feels so real when your OCD feels like it is a real person inside your head.

It feels alot like Scyhzophrenia or atleast to me the symptoms sound so familiar it did make me feel like i was going crazy and that makes it all the more harder to come forward and open up about my OCD
